Hubly is a personal productivity app. Your privacy is important to us. This policy covers both the Hubly web app and the Hubly browser extension.
All your data (tasks, notes, habits, shopping lists, drawings, and notifications) is stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage. The Hubly browser extension stores data in the browser's extension storage (chrome.storage.local).
If you are a Pro subscriber with cloud sync enabled, your data is synced to our Supabase-hosted database secured with row-level security policies, ensuring only you can access your own data.
Hubly does not collect, track, or share any personal information. We do not use analytics, cookies for tracking, or any third-party data collection services.
The Hubly browser extension communicates only with open Hubly tabs on hubly.dev and localhost. It does not access, read, or modify any other websites. All data remains on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.
If you choose to connect Google integrations (Calendar, Gmail, Docs), Hubly accesses only the data you authorize via OAuth. These tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
You can delete all your data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage. If you have cloud sync enabled, contact us to request deletion of your synced data.
